Tom Guenther is in his 12th year as an assistant coach with the Elizabethtown College women's basketball team in 2025-26.
Guenther has spent 11 years working with head coach Veronica Nolt, working to launch Elizabethtown back into the spot of a national contender. The Blue Jays made back-to-back NCAA Div. III Tournament appearances in 2021-22 and 2022-23, finishing both seasons with more than 20 victories.
The Elizabethtown coaching staff has been named the Landmark Coaching Staff of the Year three times; 2018-19, 2021-22, 2024-25.
During Guenther's time with the Blue Jays, he has coached winning seasons in 10 of his 11 years. Guenther has also coached 18 all-conference selections, 2 Rookies of the Year, 1 Player of the Year, and 1 Co-Defensive player of the year.
