Ryan Sipe enters his first season as the Elizabethtown head women's soccer coach in 2026.
Sipe becomes the eighth Head Women's Soccer Coach in Etown program history after spending the last five years as associate head coach at nearby Penn State Harrisburg.
While at Penn State Harrisburg, Sipe oversaw all aspects of the women's soccer program, including operations, recruitment, player development, and team culture. While on staff with the Lions, Sipe also served as the goalkeeper and defensive coach. Throughout his tenure, the team put together an overall record of 65-25-21 while earning three regular season titles.
The Lions earned three NCAA Division III Tournament appearances which included the program's first in 2021. In 2025, the team saw great strides as they achieved their first-ever national ranking while making an appearance in the NCAA Sweet 16. That season the program's first All-American was named and the coaching staff was recognized as United Soccer Coaches (USC) Region IV Coaching Staff of the Year.
While at Penn State Harrisburg, Sipe also made stops as a goalkeeping coach at Lancaster Elite, Keystone F.C., and Eagle F.C. From 2019 to 2021, Sipe served as an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach at NCAA Division I, Saint Francis University, where he helped guide the program to the No.1 seed in the Northeast Conference (NEC) Tournament. Sipe got his collegiate coaching career started at nearby York College in 2017.
Sipe is the owner and founder of Future 1 Goalkeeping Academy LLC. He trains goalkeepers of all ages and ability levels and works with collegiate goalkeepers which includes players of all levels within the NCAA.
