In July of 2025, Mark Eppley was named head athletic trainer for the College after finishing his seventh year at the College as an assistant athletic trainer.
Eppley came to the Blue Jays through the athletic department's affiliation with Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, where he has been employed since June 2019.
As a member of OAL, Eppley has provided coverage at Spooky Nook Sports' 700,000 sq. ft. indoor facility and 50-acre outdoor property.
Eppley worked with Lebanon Valley College’s NCAA Division III athletic department between 2017-19, delivering care to Flying Dutchmen student-athletes from 26 varsity teams. Eppley served as the primary athletic trainer for the women’s soccer, women’s basketball and men’s lacrosse teams.
Eppley earned his Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences from California University of Pennsylvania in 2021. Before his Master's, Eppley graduated from Millersville University’s and West Chester University’s dual degree program in 2017 receiving, a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, respectively.
During his time at Millersville, Eppley worked as an athletic training student with the Millersville football, field hockey and baseball teams, as well as a clinical rotation at Manheim Central High School. Additionally as a student, Eppley had internships with Central Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Services and OAL during the summer of 2016, working as an athletic training aide.
