Jeff Moore joined Elizabethtown College in October of 2022 as the Head Strength and Conditioning for all 24 athletic programs.

At Elizabethtown, Moore's primary focus will be overseeing all aspects of the strength and conditioning program for our student-athletes including education, nutrition, conditioning, resistance training, strength training, mobility, and recovery. He will also have a secondary focus on students through strength programs, classes, and events.

Moore comes to Etown with ten years of experience as he has worked with the NFL, NCAA Division I collegiate programs and also spent time in the private sector. Moore comes by way of Spooky Nook Sports where he served as the Director of Sport Performance since November 2020. While at Spooky Nook, he managed a staff of 16 coaches and trainers in sport performance, personal training, and adult group training. He also designed and implemented sport performance programs, clinics, and memberships.

Prior to Moore's time at Spooky Nook, he was the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Quinnipiac University for two years. At Quinnipiac, Moore was the primary strength & conditioning coach for ten MAAC conference teams. He was responsible for training and supervising interns, designed annual periodization training programs, and scheduled and facilitated training sessions for 17 teams. In the earlier part of Moore's career, he acted as the Strength & Conditioning Intern Coach at the University of Florida before becoming the Strength and Conditioning Intern Coach at the University of Kentucky. The Worcester, Massachusetts native started out his career at the Tony Reno Speed Clinic as a coach and site director. While there Moore taught the basic fundamentals of speed, agility, flexibility, footwork, body control, and technique designed for all sports.

Moore earned his bachelor's degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2014. Moore is currently working towards his master's degree in Sports Performance Training from Concordia University of Chicago. He is a certified strength & conditioning specialist and is also certified in first aid/CPR/AED. He also holds certifications in reflexive performance reset level 1 and functional movement system level 2.
