High School: Notched a 30-win season (31-4) at 113 lbs., as a junior at Point Pleasant Boro...In his sophomore season, at 103 lbs., Harter took the District 23 Championship, placed fouth in Region 6 and had a 26-4 record...Was selected as one of TheShoreConference.com Wrestlers of the Year in 2010-11, when the Panthers put together a 20-5 team record and finished as District 23 runner-up...Team were C-Central Champions in 2010-11 and 2011-12 and state sectional qualifiers both seasons, reaching the semifinals in 2011-12...Went 19-12 as a freshman at 112 lbs...Coached by Pat Brady.
