2012 (Senior): The tallest field player on the team, Richards helped Elizabethtown control the midfield and was a constant presence in the box on corner kicks...Started eight games and played in 14-of-19 overall...Accounted for 18 shots (seven on goal), but did not add to her seven career points...Blue Jays were 6-4-4 in the 14 matches she saw action...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll student-athlete.
2011 (Junior): Suffered a knee injury in the season-opener against Stevenson on Sept. 3...Did not play for the remainder of the season due to the injury.
2010 (Sophomore): Played in 16-of-18 games for the Jays, starting all 16 in which she appeared...Tallied three goals and an assist for seven points...Team's fourth leading scorer...First goal of her career came Sept. 5 against Bridgewater (Va.)...Picked up her first multi-goal game when she scored twice in a 5-1 win over Lycoming on Oct. 23...Assisted on a Laura Wingert goal in a 1-1 tie versus Alvernia on Oct. 2...Fired 10 shots on the season, six on goal...Only multi-shot game was against Lycoming, when she took two, and both found the back of the net.
2009 (Freshman): Earned playing time in 19 contests...Started 11 games...22 shots were tied for the fourth most on the team...Drew a start in her first collegiate game (Sept. 5 vs. Allegheny).
High School: Member of the soccer, tennis and diving teams at Chambersburg High School...Notched a goal and an assist to lead the Trojans past Pleasant Valley in the first round of the 2007 PIAA Class AAA state tournament...Team won the Mid-Penn Conference Championship and reached the semifinals of the PIAA District III Class AAA Tournament during her sophomore season (2007)...Was a teammate of current Blue Jays' women's soccer player, Jess Mason.
