Ashley Chilcoat

Ashley Chilcoat is in her third season as an assistant coach with the Elizabethtown women's soccer team in 2018.

Chilcoat, a native of New Freedom, Pennsylvania, was a four-year starter on defense for NCAA Division I La Salle University in Philadelphia. As a freshman in 2010, Chilcoat was coached by current Blue Jays' head coach Amy Hough, who was in her final season as an assistant at her alma mater before moving to Lehigh in 2011.

The Explorers won 58 games, 2012 and 2013 Atlantic 10 championships and qualified for the 2011, 2012 and 2013 NCAA tournaments during Chilcoat's collegiate playing career. She was named to the A-10 All-Tournament Team in 2012, as La Salle captured the first A-10 title in program history.

Chilcoat compiled 14 points on two goals and 10 assists across 87 career games. She started 81 contests. She was a two-time A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll student-athlete.

In addition to coaching, Chilcoat has continued her playing career with the Lancaster Inferno of the national pro-am league, United Women's Soccer (UWS).
