Pam Reifinger is in her eighth season as an assistant coach for the softball program in 2021-22.
Reifinger was an assistant basketball coach and head softball coach at Hershey High School from 1997 to 2015 before joining the Elizabethtown coaching staff. During her time with the Trojans' softball team (2004-15), Reifinger's team was Mid Penn champions in 2005 and made it to the quarterfinal round of the district playoffs. A year later, in 2006, Hershey was Mid Penn Co-Champions and made it to the quarterfinal round for a second consecutive season.
Between 2005 and 2008, Hershey went 69-35-1 and in a five-year span, qualified for districts each year (2005-09). The Trojans also reached the preliminary round of districts in 2011 and 2012.
Outside of coaching, Reifinger is a Lead Systems Analyst at Penn State Health. She is also currently an adjunct professor for Southern New Hampshire's online campus. She was an adjunct professor for Penn State Mont Alto from 2010-13 and picked up her current role with Southern New Hampshire in 2011. Reifinger has a doctorate in Sports Management with an Emphasis in Leadership from the United States Sports Academy.
