-Earned a silver medal, the first of his career, at the 2014 MAC Indoor Championships with a second-place finish as one of the legs of the distance medley relay team
2015-16 // Junior
-Member of the winning distance medley relay team that ran a meet and championship record at the 2016 Landmark Indoor Championships, his first gold medal of his career
-All-Landmark First Team recipient for the win
-Scored in both the 1500m and 5000m at the outdoor championship meet

-Earned eight varsity letters running cross country and track & field at Governor Mifflin High School in Shillington, Pa
-Captained the Mustangs' cross country team during his junior and senior seasons, and was also a track & field captain as a senior
-Ran on GMHS Berks County Cross Country Champion teams in 2010, 2011, and 2012
-District III XC runner-up
-Cross country team was unbeaten (45-0) in dual meets during his scholastic career
-2013 Berks Division I Champions in track
-Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that collected a fourth-place finish at the District 3 meet in 2013
-Named All-Berks in cross country as a senior in 2012, and was an All-Division I recipient as a junior in 2011
