2013-14 (Freshman): Asked to take on a big role as a rookie, Caris was a 12-match winner between singles and doubles...Spent the entire spring at No. 1 doubles with Cole Turula and a majority of the season at No. 3 singles...Compiled a 7-14 doubles record and was 4-15 in singles...First collegiate win came with partner Ben Geiger in the round of 16 of the Blue 2 doubles bracket at the USTA-ITA Southeast Regional Championships Sept. 28...Went three sets to secure his first singles win 2-6, 6-3, 10-8 over St. John Fisher's Jacob Zarzycki March 4...Ended the regular season with a two-match singles winning streak...Started the season 4-1 in doubles, with all wins coming in tournament play...Reached the semifinals at Blue 2 doubles in the USTA-ITA Southeast Regional Championships Sept. 28-29 and at No. 1 doubles in the MAC Individual Championships Oct. 12-13.
