2011-12 (Junior): Topped 30 combined wins for the second time in three seasons, this time with a career-high 35...Went 16-6 in singles play to move into 10th on the program's single season singles wins list...Tied Paul Whitman for second place all-time in single season doubles wins with 19...35 combined wins are third most in a season all-time by an E-town men's tennis player...All-Commonwealth Conference Second Team choice for the second year in a row...Ended the season on a team-high 11-match singles winning streak...Fritzges' unbeaten streak was the longest by any E-town player in singles play during the 2011-12 season...Reached the semifinals at No. 2 singles in the MAC Individual Championships...Two straight set singles sweeps (6-0, 6-0) during the spring season...Spent entire spring season at No. 3 singles, where he was 14-4 overall and 6-0 in the CC...He and regular doubles partner Josh Riehl won a team-high 18 matches together (18-5)...The duo went on a nine-match unbeaten streak from April 4 to May 5, which included four 8-0 shutouts...Fritzges/Riehl were finalists at No. 2 doubles in the MAC Individual Championships...Heads into senior season already tied for third in career singles wins (43), tied for fifth in career doubles wins (46) and fourth in combined wins (89)...Selected as Commonwealth Conference Player of the Week on May 1.

2009-10 (Freshman): There was no transitioning into the college game for Fritzges during his freshman season as he played in 49 matches (25 singles, 24 doubles), tied for most on the team with senior Brok Walker...Finished singles play five games over .500 at 15-10, and had a duplicate number of doubles wins (15-9)...Was all over the map in doubles, playing at least two matches at each of the three flights...Most successful at No. 2 doubles, going 9-4 (8-4 with Josh Riehl at No. 2)...Also 9-4 at No. 5 singles...No pairing won more matches than Fritzges/Riehl (12-7)...Had a 9-2 singles record with all wins in straight sets from April 1 to May 1...Juggled wins and losses in doubles competition throughout the season, but wrapped up rookie season with four wins in last five matches while playing with Riehl.

High School: Competed in tennis and soccer at Dallas High School...Reached the quarterfinals of the District II Class AA Boys' Doubles bracket in 2008 and 2009...Helped Dallas advance to the District II Class AA Final as a junior...Soccer team went 12-2 during his senior season and reached the District II AA Semifinals...Honor roll student.
