Ashley Kearcher returns for her third year as the assistant coach at Elizabethtown College for the 2024-2025 season.
Kearcher is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, where she swam competitively for two years and earned a degree in Sports Management.
After graduating, she began her career as a personal trainer and started competing in triathlons across the United States. Kearcher's achievements include earning coveted spots at the ICU Age Group World Championships in Edmonton, Canada, in 2014 and Chicago, Illinois in 2015.
Outside her coaching role, she values spending quality time with her husband and two children and passionately supports her family in their own sporting endeavors.
