Andrew Foltz enters his second season at Elizabethtown College as an assistant coach for the men’s and women’s swimming programs in 2024-25.
Prior to Elizabethtown, Foltz served as the head men’s and women’s swimming coach at Division II Frostburg State University for the 2021-22 season. As head coach, the Frostburg State women’s team was the 2022 Mountain East Conference champions and Foltz was named the conference’s Women’s Swimming Coach of the Year. Prior to being head coach, Foltz was an assistant coach for the Frostburg State program for 2 years.
Foltz is also the head coach for the Mount Joy Summer Swim Team and an assistant for the Elizabethtown Aquatic Club age-group program, both teams that swim at Elizabethtown College. He also previously coached as an assistant for Lancaster Catholic High School.
Foltz graduated with honors from the University of Rochester (NY) in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics, and was a member of the football team at Rochester. He received a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from Millersville University in 2019.
