Long-time Lancaster County scholastic coach Rich Lefever is in his third season as an assistant coach with the E-town men's lacrosse program in 2014.
Lefever spent over a decade as the head coach at Manheim Township High School, leading the Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon League Championships in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Township also won four straight PIAA District III lacrosse titles from 2006-09.
In his time at MTHS, Lefever produced 85 all-league players, 38 all-district players and 12 District Players of the Year.
Lefever came to Elizabethtown after spending the 2011 season as the offensive coordinator at York (Pa.) College.
