Long-time Lancaster County scholastic coach Rich Lefever is in his fifth season as an assistant coach with the E-town men's lacrosse program in 2015.
Lefever spent over a decade as the head coach at Manheim Township High School, leading the Blue Streaks to Lancaster-Lebanon League Championships in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Township also won four straight PIAA District III lacrosse titles from 2006-09.
In his time at MTHS, Lefever produced 85 all-league players, 38 all-district players and 12 District Players of the Year.
Lefever came to Elizabethtown after spending the 2011 season as the offensive coordinator at York (Pa.) College.
In four previous seasons with the Blue Jays, Lefever has backed 36 victories and a Landmark Conference Championships appearance (2015). He was on staff as Elizabethtown won a program-record 14 games during the 2015 season.
Lefever spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons assisting former head coach Terry Corcoran, before Corcoran departed for Wabash College. Current head coach Drew Delaney welcomed Lefever on staff upon his arrival prior to the 2014 season and the Jays have gone on to win 21 games over the last two seasons.
