2015 (Senior): Raced in six of the Blue Jays' nine meets...Took seventh at the Blue Jay Alumni Challenge on Sept. 12...Set a career-best 4k time at Dickinson Short Course with a 13:14.58 two weeks later...Competed at the Landmark Conference Championships. Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2014 (Junior): Ran in three meets for E-town...Finished a season-best sixth at the Lebanon Valley JV Meet on Oct. 24...Came in 47th at the Landmark Conference Championships on Nov. 1...Season-best 8k time came at the LVC JV Meet, running 27:57...Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Sophomore): Competed in six meets...Came in 21st in the season-opening meet at Gettysburg in a time of 17:56.40...Set a new personal best 6,000-meter time at the Shippensburg Galen E Piper Alumni Open (Sept. 6) by running 20:22, nearly three minutes faster than his previous best...Top finish of the season was at the Hood College Open on Oct. 26...Took 12th overall out of 60 runners...Clocked in at 29:05.4...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2012 (Freshman): Appeared in five races, including the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships on Oct. 27...Season-best finish was a 22nd at the Dickinson Short Course Invitational Sept. 29...Placed 32nd at the MAC Championships (Oct. 27) and 34th at Misericordia Cougar Classic (Sept. 15)...Top 8,000-meter time was 26:12.70, set at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble Oct. 13.

High School: Mid-distance runner for the Wissahickon cross country and indoor/outdoor track teams...Totaled 11 varsity letters...Was a part of teams that won three straight Suburban One League American Conference Championships (2009-11) and four S.O.L. American Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (2009-12)...Top times were: 50.7 (400m), 1:56.38 (800m), 4:31.64 (1600m), 10:10 (3200m) and 16:31 (5000m).
