2012 (Sophomore): Put in three solid runs before having season cut short due to injury...Finished 16th at the 4,000-meter Dickinson Short Course Invitational (13:33.40)...Opened the season with a 54th-place finish at the Shippensburg Galen E. Piper Invitational, where his 6k time of 21:53 was a career-best by half a minute...Also finished 37th at the Misericordia Cougar Classic Sept. 15.

2011 (Freshman): Competed in three varsity races and two JV meets as a freshman...Got first top 10 of his career with a ninth place finish (22:23.81) at Elizabethtown's Battle for the Buggy Oct. 22...Fastest 8k time of 27:26 came at the Princeton Invitational Oct. 15...Ran in the MAC Championships on Oct. 29, taking 33rd.

High School: Ran cross country and indoor/outdoor track & field at Exeter Township Senior High School in Reading, Pa...Earned nine varsity letters...Named to Berks County all-conference team in 2009 and 2010...Berks all-star in 2010...Personal best of 16:28 in the 5k (2010)...Split personal bests in 4x800 (1:59.5) and 4x400 (52.12) in 2011...Played trumpet in marching band, concert band, jazz band, orchesta, chamber orchestra and pit orchestra...Section leader for all from 2008-2011.
