2014 (Sophomore): Did not compete...Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Freshman): Like his brother, Christopher, he also had several top 20 finishes...Ran 17:27.60 at Gettysburg in his E-town XC debut to take 14th...His top finish came on Oct. 26 at the Hood College Open, where he was sixth at 28:18.7 (8k)...Competed at the MAC XC championship meet...Took 50th in 28:39.67.

High School: Earned 11 varsity letters competing in cross country, indoor/outdoor track & field, and baseball at North Point High School in Waldorf, Md...Helped his cross country team achieve consecutive conference championships his junior and senior years...Member of the fifth-place team in the state meet in XC his senior year...All-Conference in both XC and track & field...Has personal bests of 2:02 in the 800m, 4:28 in the 1600m, 9:59 in the 3200m, and 16:37 in the 5000m...Played trumpet int he symphonic band.

Personal: Born on September 14, 1994...Son of Jay and Julia Jones...Has three brothers, Christopher, Thomas, and Daniel...Studying engineering with a minor in computer science.
