2014 (Sophomore): Had two top 20 finishes in six meets...Was a season-best tenth at the Elizabethtown Alumni Challenge to open the season on Aug. 30...Ran 27:49.1 to set a new personal best and season-best in an 8k race on Oct. 4 at the Geneseo Invitational...Just missed out on his first all-conference honor at the Landmark Conference Championships, taking 17th.

2013 (Freshman): Ran to one top 10 and one top 20 finish in six meets he competed in for E-town...Finished 19th at the Gettysburg Dual meet to start the season, running 17:45.60...Season-best eighth overall at the Hood College Open on Oct. 26.

High School: Competed in cross country, track & field, and JV soccer at Downingtown West High School in Downingtown, Pa.

Personal: Born May 22, 1994...Son of Edwin and Kim Flagg...Studying computer science.
