2012 (Senior): Posted a pair of top 35 finishes...Season-best 23rd-place effort at the Battle for the Buggy Oct. 20...Set career best time in an 8k event with a 27:48.40 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Open Oct. 13...Ran in the Middle Atlantic Conference Championship meet (at Misericordia) for the first time, taking 58th in 29:23.57...Competed in the Misericordia Cougar Classic on Sept. 15, a meet won by the Blue Jays.

2011 (Junior): Finished a career-best 14th at the Elizabethtown Battle for the Buggy on Oct. 22 (22:43.16)...Appeared in each of the first five meets...Came within eight seconds (14:06) of a new PR in a 4,000-meter race at the Dickinson Short Course Invitational on Sept. 24...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll student-athlete.

2010 (Sophomore): Ran in four of nine meets for the Blue Jays...Finished a season-best 34th at the Oct. 23 Elizabethtown College Battle for the Buggy with a time of 20:55...Placed 61st in a field of 208 runners at the Delaware Valley College Invitational with a time of 30:20.59.

2009 (Freshman): Competed in one race as a freshman, making his college debut at the Dickinson Short Course Invitational on Sept. 19...Took 99th place in the 4k race at Dickinson with a time of 14:16.40.

High School: Three-sport athlete at Lower Moreland High School...Played soccer, ran cross country and track & field.
