Casey Quinto '17 is in her first year as an assistant coach with the Elizabethtown College cross country and track & field programs in 2017-18.
Quinto was a three-time All-Landmark Conference First Team performer for the Blue Jays. As a junior in 2015, Quinto was the conference's runner-up.
She also made her mark in the Mideast in 2015 and 2016, garnering All-Mideast Region honors twice. Quinto placed 10th out of 365 runners as a junior, and was 14th her senior season. She went on to compete for Elizabethtown at the NCAA Championships.
Academically, Quinto was also a stand-out. Individually, she was a three-time USTFCCCA All-Academic individual and appeared on the Landmark Conference's Fall Honor Roll three consecutive years, from sophomore to senior. Each year during Quinto's time at E-town, the women's program also earned All-Academic Team status.
Quinto finished her track & field career with 11 All-Landmark performances, the most of any female athlete since the institution joined the conference. She has three gold medals to her name and help the distance medley relay team set a new school record as a senior.
