2015 (Senior): One of five runners to race in eight of the nine meets...Enjoyed the best season of his career, setting PRs at all distances...Started off the season with a 6,000-meter personal best at Shippensburg with a 20:35, six seconds better than his previous best...Took third at the Blue Jay Alumni Challenge on Sept. 12, his top finish of the year...27th out of 196 at Dickinson Short Course on Sept. 26, finishing in 12:38.33, a 4k PR...Dropped nearly a minute off his 8k time at the following meet at Rowan and taking 33rd out of 231 in the field, his first sub-26 minute 8,000m race...Placed sixth at the Landmark Conference Championships for his first All-Landmark honor (First Team)...Competed for the Blue Jays at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional and NCAA Championship meet.

2014 (Junior): Competed in six meets for the Jays...Took third, a season-best, at the Elizabethtown Alumni Challenge on Aug. 30 in 21:03.4...Ran a 6k PR a week later at Shippensburg on Sept. 5, taking 39th in 20:41...Also ran a 4k personal best at the Dickinson Short Course Invitational, cracking the 13-minute mark for the first time (12:52.13)...Came in 15th at the Landmark Conference Championships...Ended the season with two top 20 finishes...Had the Jays' top 4k time and fifth-best 6k time.

2013 (Sophomore): Started off the season with an eighth-place run at Gettysburg, his highest finish of the year...Turned in a second top 20 performance on Oct. 26 at the Hood College Open...Ran to 11th place, finishing the 8,000-meter race in 28:45.4.

2012 (Freshman): Strong freshman season included two top 20 finishes and a 27th-place run at the MAC Championships...Competed in five meets...Was 18th across the finish line out of 174 competitors at the Misericordia Cougar Classic on Sept. 15...Jumped up four spots in his next meet at Dickinson, Sept. 29, to finish a season-best 14th in the Short Course Invitational...Like many of his teammates, fast 8k time was set on a flatter course at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, Oct. 13, where he clocked in at 26:31.20.

High School: Comes from Chambersburg Area High School cross country/track & field program that achieved great success while he was there...Won three straight Mid Penn Cross Country Championships and the 2011 PIAA District 3 Class AAA with the Trojans...Three-time All-Mid Penn and all-district selection...Team won 24 meets in a row...Captain of the cross country team during his senior season...On the track, helped CAHS win a pair of conference team titles...On the track, he was a District 3 gold medalist in the 4x800-meter relay and a state runner-up in the same event as a senior...Ran in the Championships for America (4x800m relay) at the Penn Relays...All-Mid Penn choice in track twice...All-state in the 4x800m as a senior...Personal best times were: 51.1 (400m), 1:58 (800m), 4:29 (1600m), 16:40 (5000m)...Earned seven varsity letters...Involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Bible Club, Boy Scouts and Youth Group.
