Keith Marks enters his 14th year with the Elizabethtown College golf program in 2007-08 and his 12th as the Blue Jays' head coach.
As the head coach of E-town from 1995-2000, Marks guided the Blue Jays to a 23-15 record in dual matches. In 2001 and 2002, he served as the program's assistant coach.
Marks took over as the head coach again prior to the 2002-03 academic year and promptly guided the Blue Jays to a fourth-place finish out of 14 teams at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships in the spring of 2003. At the 2004 MAC Championships, he led Elizabethtown to a third-place finish out of 14 teams, the program's best showing at the conference championships since 1975.
Marks has coached one PING Pre-Tournament All-American, Charlie Haines '04, and one MAC Individual Champion, Ben Smith '98. In August 2006, Elizabethtown College was named one of the nation's top 50 collegiate golf programs for academics by Golf Digest magazine. The rankings were compiled through composite scores based upon academics, coaches, facilities and player growth.
Marks is also the Director of Campus Services at Elizabethtown College, a position that makes him highly visible on campus as manager of the College Store as well as the College's telephone network.
