2015-16 // FRESHMAN // MATCH-BY-MATCH RESULTS
- Compiled a 7-7 record in singles play and a 1-4 mark in doubles.
- Collected wins at No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 singles during her rookie season with the Blue Jays.
- Won a pair of matches at the ITA Southeast Regional Championships Sept. 26-27.
- Prevailed in a super tiebreaker against St. John Fisher's Eileen Fleming 6-7 (4), 6-4, 10-8 at fifth singles, Feb. 29.
- Won all 12 games in a 6-0, 6-0 sweep of Kentucky Wesleyan's Rachel Kinsolving, March 3, in Hilton Head Island, S.C.
- Registered a season-long three-match singles winning streak from April 5-17.
- Lone doubles win came at No. 3 with Meghan Chemidlin, 8-2, over Lebanon Valley's Megan Williams and Allison Weidman, March 29.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Competed on the tennis, softball and swim teams at Red Land High School in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania.
- Served as the Patriots' No. 1 singles player as a junior and senior, and was apart of the No. 1 doubles team as a sophomore.
- Inducted into the National Honor Society.
- Received the 2015 Harry L. Messick Student Service Award from the West Shore Foundation.
- Involved in Friendship Club, which teamed students with and without intellectual disabilities.
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Scott and Carrie Burd.
- Has a younger sister, Mackenzie.
- Named an Emergent Scholar at Elizabethtown College in March, 2017.
- Member of the Alpha Lambda Delta honor society.
- Occupational therapy major.
