2017-18 // Senior
- Won her first career individual gold medal at the 2018 Landmark Outdoor Championships in the 3k steeplechase.
- Took 2nd in the mile indoors and 3rd in the 5k outdoors.
- 3k time of 10:41.08 on Jan. 27, 2018 at the Seamus McElligott Invitational was the ninth-fastest all-time.
- Improved her sixth-place standing all-time in the 400m hurdles to 1:11.56.
- Finishes her career ranked second all-time in the 3,000m steeplechase at 10:56.39, run on April 26, 2018 at the Penn Relays, and only the second female ever to break 11:00 in the event for Elizabethtown.
- USTFCCCA All-Mideast Region in the 3,000m steeplechase (top 5 individual).
- Ranked 29th in NCAA Division III in the steeplechase.
- Google Cloud Academic All-District 4 First Team selection.

2016-17 // Junior
- Improved over half a minute in the steeplechase, now third all-time at 11:11.75 run on May 15, 2017 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier.
- Earned her first All-Landmark performance in the steeple and second medal in the event with a silver at the Landmark Outdoor Championships in 11:17.36.
- Ran outdoor PRs in the 1500m and 5k along with steeplechase.
- Took bronze in the 400-meter hurdles and also placed in the 5000m at the outdoor championship meet.
- Sixth all-time in the 400m hurdles at 1:11.86.
- Anchored the winning distance medley relay team that set a new Landmark Indoor championship meet record in 12:57.09, catching Juniata on the home stretch to win gold.
- Placed fourth for the Jays in the indoor 3k at the Landmark Indoor Championships.
- Named Landmark Women's Outdoor Track Athlete Of The Week on May 1 after winning the steeplechase and taking third in the 400m hurdles at the Blue Jay Tune Up on April 29, 2017.

- Team member of distance medley relay that ran meet and championship record (13:00.65) at 2016 Landmark Indoor Championships.

- Ran the seventh-fastest time in the steeplechase in program history at the 2015 Landmark Outdoor Championships on May 3, 2015.

- Three-year varsity member of the cross country and track & field teams at the Charter School of Wilmington.

- Finished 15th at the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) Cross Country Championships as a junior when her team claimed the state championship.
- Ran 17th at the DIAA Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2013 and 24th as a sophomore in 2011.
- Top varsity finish of sixth at the Blue Hen Conference Championships Oct. 25, 2012.

- Completed scholastic track & field career as part of the fourth fastest 4x1600-meter relay team in school history and was also on the seventh fastest 4x800-meter relay team.
