2012 (Senior): In the Blue Jays' lineup for 6-of-7 meets...Only missed the E-town Battle for the Buggy, in preparation for the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships...All-MAC First Team runner for the second time in his career after a seventh-place finish at the conference meet (27:09.77)...Competed at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional for the third straight season, this time placing 44th...Back-to-back top five runs at the Misericordia Cougar Classic (third) on Sept. 15, and the Dickinson Short Course Invitational (fourth) on Sept. 29...Broke previous PRs in 4k and 8k races...New best time in a 4k race set at Dickinson (13:01.90)...Went under 25:20 in an 8k meet for the first time in his career Oct. 13 at Oberlin (25:18.20).

2011 (Junior): Started the season on the right foot with a career-best third-place finish at the 5k LVC Dutchmen Invite Sept. 10...Named Middle Atlantic Conference Runner of the Week Sept. 12...Collected All-MAC Second Team honors by finishing 13th in a heavy snow at the Oct. 29th MAC Championships, hosted by Messiah...Finished 35th at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional, hosted by DeSales, for his first all-region honor...Among seven E-town runners in the starting box at the 2011 NCAA DIII Championships (held at Lake Breeze Golf Course in Winneconne, Wis.)...Covered the 8k course at nationals in a new personal best time of 25:24.63...Named to the MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll...USTFCCCA Division III Cross Country All-Academic Honoree.

2010 (Sophomore): In his second year with the program, Focht was one of seven men to finish in the top 10 at the MAC Championships on Oct. 30, at Delaware Valley...He took fifth at the conference meet in 25:56.60 and earned a spot on the All-MAC First Team...Finished fourth (19:01) in his only 6k race of the season at the Elizabethtown Battle for the Buggy on Oct. 23...Ran in both the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional (at Slippery Rock) and the NCAA Division III Championship (at Wartburg College) meets...Missed an all-region spot by 11 positions, taking 46th in 26:30.30...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll selection.

2009 (Freshman): Opened college career by running in E-town's first six races...60th in his first collegiate race at the Navy Invitational, which was against a field full of NCAA Division I opponents...Improved as the year went on, turning in a top 8,000-meter time of 26:46 at Oberlin Oct. 17...Ran 32nd at the Battle for the Buggy for his best finish of the regular season...A week after the Battle for the Buggy, finished a season-best 23rd at the MAC Championships (at DeSales).
