- Competed in her third NCAA Division III Mideast Regional and National Championship races.
- Took 31st at the Mideast Regional, her first career all-region honor.
- Finished 51 spots better at nationals than the previous year.

- Set her 4k PR two weeks later on Sept. 26 at the Dickinson Short Course where the team finished second of 26 schools.
- Completed the 4,000-meter course in 15:26.27.
- Established her 6k personal best on Oct. 17 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle, running sub-23 minutes for the first time in her career (22:55.85).
- Placed seventh at the Landmark Conference Championships, a spot better than last year, for her first All-Landmark First Team honor.

- Her Blue Jay career began on her own course at the Elizabethtown Alumni Challenge on Aug. 30.
- First race ended up being her best finish of the year, taking sixth at the home meet.
- Competed in eight of E-town's nine meets on the season.
- Took eighth overall at the 2014 Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships to earn All-Landmark Second Team and Rookie of the Year honors.
- Her 6k championship time was 23:42.2.
- The following week at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional, she ran her best 6k time of the season and missed All-Mideast Region by three places.
- One of the seven runners chosen to compete at the 2014 NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship meet on Nov. 22.

Three-year varsity member of the cross country and track & field teams at the Charter School of Wilmington.
- Coached by Rick Schuder.
- Finished 15th at the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) Cross Country Championships as a junior when her team claimed the state championship.
- Ran 17th at the DIAA Cross Country Championships as a senior in 2013 and 24th as a sophomore in 2011.
- Top varsity finish of sixth at the Blue Hen Conference Championships Oct. 25, 2012.
- Team won Division 1 and Blue Hen Conference championships in each of her three seasons on the team.
- Received All-Blue Hen Conference and All-New Castle County recognition as a junior.
- Completed scholastic track & field career as part of the fourth fastest 4x1600-meter relay team in school history and was also on the seventh fastest 4x800-meter relay team.
