2014 (Junior): Competed in six meets for Elizabethtown...Narrowly missed a PR in the 6k on Sept. 5 at Shippensburg, running 20:40 and taking 38th...Two top 20 finishes as one of E-town's top runners...Placed sixth overall in the first meet of the season, the Elizabethtown Alumni Challenge...Finished a season-best fifth at the Landmark Conference Championship race to earn his first all-conference honor...Named All-Landmark First Team after his run at Landmarks...Set a new 8k PR at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional...Took 46th in 26:12.2...Only finished outside the top 50 once in six races...Had the team's fourth-best 6k time and third-best 8k time...Blue Jays representative on the Landmark All-Sportsmanship Team.

2013 (Sophomore): Appeared in seven of E-town's nine meets...Finished top 20 in two races (Gettysburg dual, Elizabethtown Blue Jay Alumni Challenge)...Took 11th out of 43 runners at Gettysburg (17:19.70) and 18th at the home meet after clocking in at 20:54.06...Ran a new 6k PR of 20:36 on Sept. 6 at the Galen E. Piper Alumni Open (Shippensburg)...Placed 30th at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships...Nearly matched his best 8k time (26:37.7) at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional, running 26:41 to take 89th out of 364 competitors.

2012 (Freshman): Top 20 finisher at both the Dickinson Short Course Invitational and Misericordia Cougar Classic...Took 17th at Dickinson on Sept. 29, finishing the 4k meet in 13:36.50...Finished 48th in college debut at the Shippensburg Galen E. Piper Invitational...Established a new PR for an 8k race at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a 26:37.70...Crossed the line 34th in his first ever Middel Atlantic Conference Championship meet.

High School: Used running prowess to his advantage at Owen J. Roberts, where he ran cross country and track, and was a member of the boys' soccer team...Collected six varsity letters...Team twice went unbeaten in Pioneer Athletic Conference (PAC)-10 dual track & field meets...Finished 21st at the conference cross country meet as a sophomore...Improved all the way up to 10th as a senior at the PAC-10 meet...Took 69th in the PIAA District I Championship race during his senior season...Winner of Pottstown's Harrier Invitational in Oct. 2011...Career best time of 4:39 in the 1600m, 10:07 in the 3200m and 16:47 in the 5000m.

Personal: Son of Gregory and Karen Conway...Has two younger brothers...Studying environmental science.
