2014 (Graduate): Important part of Elizabethtown's run to another conference title...First three meets of the season were 4,000-meter courses and each race she lowered her time, from 17:22.3 at the Elizabethtown Alumni Challenge on Aug. 30 to 15:31.60, a season best, at the Dickinson Short Course Invitational on Sept. 20...Was the fourth Blue Jay runner to finish in the top five at the Landmark Conference Championships, placing fifth to earn All-Landmark First Team honors...Earned her third All-Mideast Region honor on Nov. 15 at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional, taking 16th in 22:30.1, a season-best 6k time...Competed at the NCAA Division III Championships...Repeat selection for USTFCCCA All-Academic...Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Senior): Key piece to E-town winning its seventh MAC title in a row...Top runner all season for the Jays after missing the previous year to study abroad...Had two top 10 finishes and three top 20's in her first three meets of 2013...Ran 15:18 on Sept. 6 to take eighth overall at the Shippensburg Galen E. Piper Alumni Open and 16:07.55 to place fourth out of 62 runners at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Alumni Open the following week...Took third overall in 23:39.91 at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships, her third All-MAC honor and second straight appearance on the All-MAC First Team...Finished one second behind teammate Traci Tempone at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional to place 16th overall in 21:53...Was named All-Mideast Region for the second straight time...Competed at the NCAA DIII Championships for E-town, placing 168th in 23:05.3...Chosen for MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll and named to the MAC Academic All-Conference Team.

2012 (Junior): Studied abroad and did not compete.

2011 (Sophomore): All-MAC First Team and All-Mideast Region performer...Career-best finish of sixth at the MAC Championships on Oct. 29...Twice posted 16th-place finishes (at Dickinson on 9/24, and at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional 11/12)...All-region honoree for the first time after navigating DIII Mideast Regional hosted by DeSales in 23:38...Pushed her 6k time under 23 minutes for the first time with a 22:30.95 at the NCAA DIII Championships in Winneconne, Wis...Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll...USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country.

2010 (Freshman): Ran in seven of the eight season contests for the Blue Jays...Earned a spot on the All-MAC Second Team at the MAC Championships with a 16th-place finish...Placed 54th in the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 24:04.3...Ran in the NCAA Division III Championships...Had top 50 finishes in the first four meets of the season...Earned 27th place in the Slippery Rock University Invitational with a time of 24:46.
