- Combined to play in 42 matches (singles/doubles) during his first season donning blue and gray, second most on the team.
- Went 9-12 in singles, playing primarily at No. 5 and No. 6.
- Also had a 9-12 doubles record, going 8-9 at No. 3 and 7-8 with regular partner Ben Geiger.
- Put together a four-match singles winning streak from April 23 to May 2.
- Came from a set down to defeat Goucher's Pat Murnin 2-6, 6-4, 10-5 on April 23 to start four-match winning streak.
- Moved up from No. 6 to No. 5 in the lineup, April 10, and stayed there for the remainder of the regular season before playing No. 4 in the conference tournament.
- Dominated Alvernia's Jacob Conapitski 6-0, 6-1 in the Commonwealth Conference Semifinals, May 2.
- Enjoyed a stretch of five doubles wins in seven matches with Geiger from April 2-14.
- Finished the season tied for second on the team in singles wins and tied for third in doubles victories.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Four-year varsity letterwinner for coach Mark Daniels at Wissahickon High School.
- All-Suburban One League American Conference Second Team Doubles honoree as a senior along with partner Lee Bekman.
- Played for a program that won the American Conference of the SOL in each of his four seasons.
- Voted team's most improved player.
- Participated in Camerata, a 30-member choral ensemble, and was involved in the art club.
PERSONAL
- Son of Scott and Karen Hornbaker.
- One of five children along with sisters Lauren, Kelly and Paige, and brother, Scott.
- Active in concert choir, LINK (students helping people with special needs), Psychology Club and founded the Geocaching Club at Elizabethtown College.
- Pursuing a degree in psychology with a minor in human services.
