2013 (Senior): Capped off an amazing career in an E-town uniform with five top 10 finishes and six top 20s in eight meets...Runner-up in the first two meets of the season (Gettysburg, Shippensburg) before claiming first overall (15:32.79) on Sept. 14 at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Alumni Challenge...Helped Elizabethtown to its seventh straight MAC title in being the runner-up for the second straight year at the Middle Atlantic Conference championship meet...Becomes just fourth WXC runner to earn an All-MAC honor all four years (All-MAC First Team)...Named All-Mideast Region runner with a 14th-place finish (21:52)...First Blue Jay to cross the finish line at the NCAA DIII Championships, placing 66th overall out of 280 runners in 22:21.1...Named to MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll for third straight year...Selected to inaugural MAC Academic All-Conference Team for women's cross country...Recipient of the 2013 MAC Women's Cross Country Scholar-Athlete.
2012 (Junior): E-town's No. 1 runner put together the best season of her career yet...Finished 2012 with a pair of victories, five top 5's and six top 10's in seven meets...Did not finish any worse than second in the season's first five races...Won the Misericordia Cougar Classic on Sept. 15 with a time of 23:14.84 (6k)...Two weeks later, Tempone made it back-to-back wins when she crossed the line first at the Dickinson Short Course Invitational in a personal best 4k time of 14:52.90...Runner-up at the renowned Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 13...Runner-up at the MAC Championships Oct. 27, and claimed third straight spot on the All-MAC First Team...Second straight top 10 finish (10th) and All-Mideast Region performance at the NCAA DIII Mideast Region Championships...Ran in the NCAA DIII Championships for the third year in a row on Nov. 17, placing 55th out of 277 runners...Captured three more MAC Runner of the Week awards (Sept. 4, Sept. 17 and Oct. 15)...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2011 (Sophomore): Started and ended the season extremely strong...Won the MAC Championship meet with a time of 23:58.40...First Elizabethtown College female runner to win the MAC Championship meet since Megan VanDenHengel in 2009, and fourth conference champ all-time (Erin Fisher won in 2006 and 2007)...All-region for the second year in a row following a career-best fifth place finish at the NCAA DIII Mideast Region Championships...Came up six spots shy of her first All-America honor, placing 41st at the NCAA DIII Championships in Winneconne, Wis...Began the season with a runner-up finish at the 5k LVC Dutchmen Invite...Took 11th in a field of 97 runners at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 15...All-MAC First Team...Three-time MAC Runner of the Week (Sept. 12, Oct. 17 and Nov. 1)...Named to the MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll...USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country.
2010 (Freshman): Ran in 7-of-8 meets as a freshman...Earned All-MAC First Team honors with a fourth-place finish in the MAC Championships on Oct. 30...MAC Rookie of the Year...Named All-Mideast Region by placing 15th in the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 22:50.20...Finished 65th with a time of 22:10 in NCAA Division III Championship meet...Opened career at the Delaware Valley College Invitational, where she finished third with a time of 23:59.53...Helped team earn two meet wins...Three top 10's and six top 20's in seven meets...USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country.
