2015 (Senior): Strong senior season...Competed in seven total meets for Elizabethtown...Two top-ten finishes during the season...Fourth place at the Blue Jay Alumni Challenge...Was fourth at the Landmark Conference Championships to earn second consecutive All-Landmark First Team honor...Set new 4k PR at Dickinson Short Course, dropping over a minute and a half off his previous best (14:06.40 to 12:31.75)...44th out of 231 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle in 25:49.21, his first sub-26 minute 8k of his career...Stepped up at regionals for E-town, taking 21st and receiving his first All-Mideast Region honor...Competed at NCAAs and finished 195th...Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2014 (Junior): Another runner that stepped up for the Blue Jays...A season after earning Second Team honors at the MAC Championship meet, earned All-Landmark First Team honors by placing seventh to help E-town achieve its first-ever Landmark crown...Best finish of the season came in the season-opener on Aug. 30 when he took fourth in E-town's home meet...Set a new personal best in the 8k, running 26:14.2 at the Geneseo Invitational on Oct. 4, placing 51st...Competing member of the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional team...Took 53rd in 26:15.3...One of seven team members to compete in seven meets during the season...Never finished higher than 53rd in a meet...Had the team's fourth-best 8k time...Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Sophomore): Ran in six meets for the Jays...Earned All-MAC Second Team honors at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships, the first of his cross country career...Took 16th at the conference meet out of 148, one of two top 20 finishes on the season...Seventh at the season-opening meet at Gettysburg...Set new 6k and 8k PRs...6,000-meter PR came at the Galen E. Piper Alumni Open on Sept. 6, where he ran 20:19 (30th/125)...Ran 26:43 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional to set his new personal best in an 8k race...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll selection

2012 (Freshman): Got a bunch of experience as a rookie, running in six of seven meets for Elizabethtown...Made his debut in the 6k Shippensburg Galen E. Piper Invitational, finishing 93rd in a time of 23:08...Picked up over two minutes from his first collegiate 8k to his second, with a season-best 8k time of 27:23.10 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Open Oct. 13...Placed 21st in a field of 149 runners at the Elizabethtown Battle for the Buggy on Oct. 20, at Shank Park in Hershey...One of the Jays' entries at the 2012 Middle Atlantic Conference Championships, Cooper claimed 35th spot in 28:28.13.

High School: Competed on cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams at Phoenixville Area High School...Coached by Jack Kraynak and Justin Winters...Best 5k time was 17:25...Career best mile time was south of five minutes at a 4:52...Also active in marching, jazz, concert, symphonic and pit bands...Member of the school's academic team.
