2013 (Senior): Limited to just one meet due to injury...Only meet he appeared in was the opening race of the season at Gettysburg (Aug. 31).

2012 (Junior): Breakout season for the junior, as he earned NCAA Division III All-Mideast Region accolades and was the runner-up at the MAC Championships...Dropped 2:05 off career best 8k time —and 2:48 off his fast time as a sophomore— at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 13 (25:22.30)...Posted three top 10 finishes, a pair of top fives and never finished worse than 45th...E-town's No. 1 finisher at both postseason meets (MAC Championships on Oct. 27 and Mideast Regional on Nov. 10)...USTFCCCA All-Mideast Region...All-MAC First Team...Ran in 6-of-7 meets, sitting out the Battle for the Buggy a week before MACs.

2011 (Sophomore): Ran in a postseason meet for the first time in his career, finishing 36th at the MAC Championships...Took part in six meets overall...Opened season with a 47th place run at the LVC Dutchmen Invite, completing the 5,000-meter course in 17:12.69...Best 8k time was a 28:10 at the Princeton Invitational Oct. 15...Top positional finish was fifth at the Elizabethtown Battle for the Buggy Oct. 22.

2010 (Freshman): Competed in four meets for the Blue Jays...Finished 15th in 20:03 at the Elizabethtown-hosted Battle for the Buggy...Clocked in at 27:41.1 (45th) at the Slippery Rock Invitational on Oct. 2...Finished 70th at the Navy Invitational on Sept. 18, and 176th at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 16.

High School: Track & field and cross country athlete at Dulaney High School in Maryland...Member of cross country team that won a regional championship in 2010...State champion in the mile for the track team.
