WASHINGTON, DC.-- The Elizabethtown women's tennis team dropped a 0-7 decision at Catholic on Sunday in Landmark Conference play.
At no.1 doubles,
Katie Balzano and
Taylor Dukes were blanked, 0-6 while
Julia Kiernan and
Mariia Yeni fell, 1-6 at no.2 doubles.
Balzano and Dukes were both swept, 0-6, 0-6 at no.1 and no.2 singles; respectively.
Maddie Milam fell 1-6, 0-6 at no.3 singles. At no.4, Yeni fell 0-6, 1-6. At no.5 singles, Kiernan forced a third set and a tiebreaker but fell short, 7-5, 1-6, 0-1 (8-10).
Etown will travel to Susquehanna for another conference match this Saturday.
