ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- Junior Addison Kleinle won the Blue Jay Alumni Challenge on Saturday in the first meet of the 2026 season. The Blue Jays beat their alumni counterparts, 19-38.

Kleinle was out ahead of the pack for the majority of the race and was not contested for the top spot. She finished in 17:52.2 to win the race on her home course.

Keely Fitzgerald took second in 18:17.5 and Kenzianna Flores was third in 18:37.0. Etown took the top three spots and four of the top five in the race.

Recent grad Maureen Bosak was the top alumni finisher as she placed fourth overall. Katie Jo Gallaher was fifth and Lily Ahrens took eighth as the fifth and final point scorer for the Jays.

Elizabethtown will compete at the Shippensburg Galen Piper Alumni Cross Country Challenge the night of Friday, September 4.
