ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College softball team will host a prospective student-athlete clinic in September at The Nest. The clinic is open to current student-athletes in grades 9 to 12.

Cost: $120/athlete
 

SCHEDULE: 9am-3pm

8:30am-9:00am – Check-in

9:00-9:30am – Introductions/Jog/Stretch

9:30-10:30am – OFFENSIVE ROTATIONS

• Hitting Stations

10:30am-11:30am - Throwing Progression and DEFENSIVE SESSION ROTATIONS broken up by position

11:30am-12:00pm – Lunch Break

12:00-3:00pm P/C warm up and then LIVE SCRIMMAGES (off team goes to Q&A session with some players then batting cage to hit and throw overhand some more/P/C warm up in grass area behind batting cage)

• G1 vs. G2
• G2 vs. G3
• G3 vs. G1

3:00-3:30pm - thank you and good-byes
