"Our focus will be building a culture centered on clear standards, accountability, and trust, Sipe said. "We're going to challenge our players every day, while making sure they feel supported and valued as people. My goal is to be consistent and honest in what we expect, and to build strong relationships that allow our student-athletes to take ownership of their development."
Sipe is the owner and founder of Future 1 Goalkeeping Academy LLC. He trains goalkeepers of all ages and ability levels and works with collegiate goalkeepers which includes players of all levels within the NCAA.
"When everyone understands their role, commits to the process, and competes for each other, that's where real growth happens, and that's the kind of program we're going to build," Sipe said.
