ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College women's track & field team had one individual and one relay record broken this weekend between the Messiah Invitational and the Bison Outdoor Classic. Isabella Cowger broke her school and conference record in the discus twice while the 4x400m relay set a new program best.

WEEKEND HIGHLIGHTS
- Isabella Cowger won the discus at Messiah on Friday at 46.73m (153'4") then won the discus at Bucknell on Saturday at 49.05m (160'11"), consecutively set new school and conference records
- Caleigh Bold was third in the 200m at Messiah and 10th in the 400m at Bucknell with PRs in each race
- The 4x400m relay of Sophie Shadle, Sky Shinnen, Caleigh Bold, and Kirsten Navich set a new program record at 3:56.59 at Bucknell on Sunday
- Ellie Heilman (6th) and Isabell Anderson (7th) each placed for the Blue Jays at Messiah
- Gwen Young was seventh in the 10k at Messiah
- Alexis Rich threw 32.34m in the javelin to take seventh at Messiah
- Sophie Myers was ninth in the triple jump, A'Kyla Randolph was 10th in the shot put at Messiah

ALL-TIME PERFORMANCES
- Isabella Cowger's throw of 49.05m (160'11") is a new school and conference record and ranks second in Div. III
- The 4x400m relay time of 3:56.59 is a new school record by .20
- Liliana Zimmerman's time of 12.91 in the 100m improves her 10th place standing all-time
- Caleigh Bold's time of 25.52 in the 200m moves her from third to second all-time
- Caleigh Bold's time of 57.21 in the 400m improves her second-place standing all-time
- Addison Kleinle's time of 4:44.40 in the 1500m is now 10th all-time
- Kirsten Navich's time of 2:18.55 in the 800m is now 10th all-time
- Kirsten Navich's time of 1:03.84 improves her second-place standing all-time

Elizabethtown will compete at Millersville on Saturday, April 18.
