LANCASTER, Pa. -- For the second straight week, sophomore Isabella Cowger broke an Elizabethtown College women's track & field team record and also set a new Landmark Conference record. The Blue Jays also set several new Top 10s between F&M's Blue & White Invitational and Friday's Fastrack National Invitational in New York.

WEEKEND HIGHLIGHTS
-Isabella Cowger won the shot put at F&M with her record-breaking throw of 12.92m and was fourth in the weight throw at 14.51m
-Caleigh Bold became only the third female to run sub-:60 in the open indoor 400 at 59.35 in New York
-Gwen Young was the runner-up in the 5,000m at F&M, Kelly Fitzgerald seventh, Isabell Anderson ninth
-Caleigh Bold took second in the 300 meters and Kirsten Navich was sixth
-Kate Bendall was second in the long jump and fifth in the triple jump at F&M and eighth in the 60m hurdles in New York
-Grace Tessier placed fourth in the long jump and Kyleigh Dietrich ninth
-Addison Kleinle was fourth in the 800m
-Elizabeth James cleared 1.45m to take fifth in the high jump
-Liliana Zimmerman tied for seventh in the 60 meter hurdles at 9.81

ALL-TIME PERFORMANCES
-Isabella Cowger's throw of 12.92m (42'4-3/4") is a new school and conference record
-Caleigh Bold's 59.35 in the 400m is now third all-time
-Liliana Zimmerman's 9.81 in the 60m hurdles improves her fifth-place standing all-time

Elizabethtown will compete at the NYU DIII Invitational on Saturday, February 14.
