LANCASTER, Pa. -- For the second straight week, sophomore
Isabella Cowger broke an Elizabethtown College women's track & field team record and also set a new Landmark Conference record. The Blue Jays also set several new Top 10s between F&M's Blue & White Invitational and Friday's Fastrack National Invitational in New York.

Isabella Cowger won the shot put at F&M with her record-breaking throw of 12.92m and was fourth in the weight throw at 14.51m

Caleigh Bold became only the third female to run sub-:60 in the open indoor 400 at 59.35 in New York
