SELINSGROVE, Pa. -- Sophomore Isabella Cowger won gold and set new Elizabethtown College women's track & field, Landmark Conference, and meet records at the Landmark Indoor Championships on Saturday. Kirsten Navich also won a gold for the Blue Jays, who took fourth as a team with 83 points.

MEDAL PERFORMANCES
-Isabella Cowger won the shot put at 13.34m (43'9-1/4")
-Kirsten Navich won the 800 meters in 2:21.79
-Addison Kleinle was the runner-up in the mile at 5:08.49
-The 4x400m relay team ran 4:06.50 to finish second
-Caleigh Bold ran 58.90 to take third in the 400 meters
-Addison Kleinle ran 2:25.12 in the 800 meters to place third
-Kate Bendall finished third in the 60 meter hurdles at 9.41
-The 4x200m relay team ran 1:47.78 to take third

OTHER PODIUM PERFORMANCES
-Liliana Zimmerman ran 9.51 to place fourth in the 60 meter hurdles
-Elizabeth James jumped 1.47m to take fifth in the high jump
-Isabella Cowger was fifth in the weight throw at 14.35m
-The distance medley relay ran 13:48.03 to finish sixth
-Kate Bendall's mark of 10.34m was sixth in the triple jump
-Kate Bendall jumped 5.08m in the long jump to take seventh
-Kyleigh Dietrich jumped 5.07m in the long jump to place eighth
-Sophie Myers was eighth in the triple jump at 9.96m

ALL-TIME PERFORMANCES
-Caleigh Bold's 58.90 in the 400 meters moves her from third to second all-time
-Addison Kleinle's time of 5:08.49 in the mile moves her from ninth to sixth all-time
-Kate Bendall's time of 9.41 in the 60 meter hurdles ties her second-place standing
-Liliana Zimmerman's time of 9.51 in the 60 meter hurdles moves her from fifth to third all-time
-Isabella Cowger's mark of 13.34m (43'9-1/4") breaks her own school and conference record and was a new meet record

The women's track & field team will have some athletes in action at the AARTFC Indoor Championships on March 6 and March 7.
