HAVERFORD, Pa. -- Sophomores
Kirsten Navich and
Isabella Cowger were each event winners for the Elizabethtown College women's track & field team at the Haverford Keogh Invitational. Navich won the 400m while Cowger won both throwing events for the Blue Jays.

Kirsten Navich ran 1:00.26 to win the 400m;
Grace Tessier took third and
Sky Shinnen was ninth

Isabella Cowger won the weight throw on Thursday at Ursinus (13.57m) and threw 12.79m to place first in the shot put at Haverford

Arianna Perez-Locklear was fourth in the weight throw and
Tiffany Matthews was ninth

A'kyla Randolph placed sixth in the shot put and Layla Ridgeway took 10th

Kate Bendall,
Liliana Zimmerman, and
Kyleigh Dietrich went two, three, and six in the 60m hurdles
-Bendall and
Elizabeth James were fifth and sixth, respectively, in the high jump
-Bendall was also the long jump runner-up and fourth in the triple jump;
Ella Powers was 10th in both the long and triple jumps
-Zimmerman ran 8.33 in the 60m to take sixth and
Sophie Shadle was eighth at 8.34
