Hoglund, Vottero lead men's track & field at Keogh Invitational

HAVERFORD, Pa. -- Bryce Hoglund and Luke Vottero were event winners for the Elizabethtown College men's track & field team at the Haverford Keogh Invitational. The meet was not scored.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS
-Bryce Hoglund vaulted 3.90m to win the pole vault
-Luke Vottero ran 53.46 to win the 400m
-Gabe Sczesniak was the runner-up in the 400m at 53.82
-Marty Ratchford took fourth in the 3,000m, Carson Brooks seventh, Frank Conte eighth
-Kyler Benedict was seventh in the 60m hurdles at 8.98
-Khaliq Poles took sixth in the 200m while Lucas Novack was 10th
-Cam Michaels jumped 6.14m to take seventh in the long jump; Novack was eighth and Jimmy Undercuffler was ninth
-Undercuffler also took fourth in the triple jump
-Joey Walko was second in the weight throw and third in the shot put
-Josh Focht was sixth in the shot and 10th in the weight throw
-Casey Gabbard placed seventh in the weight

ALL-TIME PERFORMANCES
-Khaliq Poles' 7.22 in the 60m is ninth all-time
-Kyler Benedict's 8.98 in the 60m hurdles improves his ninth-place standing all-time
-The 4x200m relay time of 1:33.34 (third overall at Haverford), is ninth all-time
-Joey Walko's 16.12m (52'10-3/4") in the weight throw improves his second-place standing all-time
-Casey Gabbard's 12.12m (39'9-1/4") in the weight throw is 10th all-time

Elizabethtown will compete at the Landmark Indoor Championships next Saturday, February 28, at Susquehanna.
