ALTOONA, Pa.—The Elizabethtown men's swim team ended their regular season on Saturday splitting with Penn St.-Altoona and Juniata. The Blue Jays defeated Juniata, 147.5-110.5 but fell 109-150 to
Altoona.
The quartet of
Leif Hoffman,
Barron Bishop,
Austin Smith, and
Marco Niosi took the top spot in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:42.43. In the 1000 free,
Billy Bartolomei finished second clocking in at 11:17.88. In the 100 back, Smith claimed second with a time of 59.38. Bishop finished first in the 100 breaststroke, touching the wall at 1:03.39.
In the 200 fly, Hoffman finished first. Niosi tied for second in the 50 free coming in with a time of 23.30. In the 200 back, Hoffman touched the wall at 2:03.66 for a second place finish. In the 200 breaststroke, Bishop finished third clocking in at 2:27.73. In the 100 fly, Smith (54.75) edged out the Lions for first place.
