ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.-- The Elizabethtown women's team fell, 71-189 to visiting Scranton on senior day, Sunday.
The Blue Jays opened up the meet with a first place finish in the 200 medley relay with the team of
Hailey Poulos,
Emma Sabalaske,
Kaylee Blair, and
Megan Benson. In the 100 back, Blair claimed second clocking in at 1:06.56. In the 100 breaststroke, Sabalaske took first touching the wall at 1:13.45. In the 200 fly,
Jordyn Dutko finished fourth with a time of 2:43.97.
In the 50 free,
Maya Veiss finished third coming in with a time of 28.56. Sabalaske earned her second first place of the day clocking in at 2:42.54 in the 200 breaststroke. In the 500 free, Blair grabbed second with a time of 5:37.49 and
Katie Midura took fourth with a time of 6:02.51. In the 200 IM, Sabalaske finished fourth while
Megan Benson and
Emma Paul followed in fifth and sixth.
Etown travels to Franklin & Marshall next Sunday.
