SELINSGROVE, Pa. -- Kelty Oaster broke a Landmark Championship record along with another school record this weekend for the Elizabethtown College women's track & field team. The Blue Jays scored 85 points to place fifth as a team at the Landmark Outdoor Championships hosted at Susquehanna University.
Oaster ran a new Landmark Championship record on Saturday in the 1500m with her time of 4:31.27 to win gold. On Sunday in the 800m, Oaster claimed silver in a new school record time of 2:07.17. She also anchored the 4x400m relay that placed fourth in 3:59.45, along with
Sophie Shadle,
Melissa Patton, and
Kirsten Navich.
