Ursinus stormed out to a 5-0 lead in the first inning and led 7-0 going into the bottom of the second.Â
Maddie Reever singled and advanced to second on a fielder's choice, safe at second base.
Haley Nedo drew a one-out walk to load the bases and
Lexi O'Brien knocked in Reever with an RBI ground out.
The Bears went up 10-1 in the third and threatened to end it earlier than scheduled, but the Blue Jays rallied in the fourth to keep the game going.
Emma Dahl, a pinch runner in the inning, scored on a wild pitch. Then, with O'Brien on third,
Hannah Long's RBI ground out made it 10-3.
Brooke Huczko, who finished the game a homer shy of the cycle, hit an RBI double down the left field line to cut the deficit to six, 10-4.
Ursinus scored again in the fifth and then each side produced a run in the seventh.

Lucy Wolf limited the Jays in game two, only allowing two hits, one to
Emma Dahl and one to
Hannah Long.
It was a 3-0 game in the fourth and still within reach for Etown, but some defensive miscues allowed the Bears to tack on the runs. Ursinus had a five-run fifth and then Wolf got the final three outs to end the game in five.
Elizabethtown will host Penn State Altoona on Sunday, March 30, at 1 and 3 p.m.
