ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College wrestling team claimed victory in the Battle of the Belt with Johns Hopkins on Saturday in the Bowers Center. On Senior Day, Etown handled Hopkins 47-6 to win their final home dual match of the season.

Elizabethtown earned some easy points with Johns Hopkins forfeiting at three weights, 125, 149, and 157. Corey Cope and Owen Heffner each won their bouts as the Jays led 16-0 through Heffner's victory at 141 by injury default.

Ganon Smith did what he's done all season; win via pinfall, his 21st of the year. Will Davis and Ksawery Niewiadomy each won via tech falls and Justice Hockenberry shutout Chris Roybal at 165 for a 6-0 decision.
