ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.-- The Elizabethtown men's tennis team opened up the 2025 spring season inside the Bowers Center, Saturday morning. The Blue Jays defeated Lancaster Bible, 7-0 after honoring their seniors
Sam Langer and
Ethan Zelinsky.
Elizabethtown swept the doubles matches earning two points.
Stefanos Billis and
Max Lauver were victorious at no.1 doubles winning, 6-1.
Austin Kohler and
Isaac Reichenbach won 6-2 at no.2 doubles and Langer and Zelinsky won, 6-3 at no.3 doubles.
Billis and
Ryan Kraychik both won their matches 6-2, 6-3 at no.1 singles and no.4 singles; respectively. Lauver won, 6-2, 6-1 at no.2 singles, Kohler won 6-1, 6-4 at no.3 singles, and
Kyler Henne swept his sets at no.5 singles, 6-0, 6-0. Langer earned an overtime win at no.6 singles, winning 6-4, 7-6 (7-3).
Elzabethtown is back at home tomorrow for a conference match against Juniata.
