Bold breaks school record, women's track & field wins four events at F&M

LANCASTER, Pa. -- Senior Caleigh Bold broke her own Elizabethtown College women's track & field indoor 200-meter record Friday at the Diplomat Open held at Franklin & Marshall. Bold, Kirsten Navich, Addison Kleinle, and Isabella Cowger each won events for the Blue Jays at the meet.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS
-Bold won the 200m in 26.47 to beat her own school record by .04. She was also fifth in the 60m dash at 8.25, also a personal best
-Grace Tessier ran 8.32 in the 60m prelim to qualify for the final where she placed eighth.
-Navich won the 400m in 1:01.46, an indoor PR.
-Kleinle's 5:15.49 in the mile was the best time in the field.
-Cowger was tops in the shot put at 12.40m and the runner-up in the weight throw at 14.49m, both marks being personal bests
-Gwen Young took sixth in the 5,000m, Julia Benincasa was 10th.
-Elizabeth James cleared 1.47m (4'9-3/4") in the high jump to place sixth.
-Ella Powers finished sixth in the triple jump and Alex Meyerhoff was eighth.

-Caleigh Bold's 8.25 in the 60m final moves her from ninth to sixth all-time
-Grace Tessier's 8.32 in the 60m prelims is ninth all-time
-Kirsten Navich's 1:01.46 in the 400m is tenth all-time
-Isabella Cowger's mark of 12.40m (40'8-1/4") in the shot put moves her from fifth to third all-time
-Isabella Cowger's mark of 14.49m (47'6-1/2") in the weight throw moves her from third to second all-time

Elizabethtown's first meet of 2026 is the Alvernia Winter Shootout on Saturday, January 17.
