LANCASTER, Pa. -- It was a good start to the 2025-26 indoor season for the Elizabethtown College men's track & field team on Friday. The Blue Jays opened up their season at the Diplomat Open hosted at Franklin & Marshall.
Cam Michaels and
Will Inglis each won an event for Etown.
MEET HIGHLIGHTS
-Michaels won the 200m in 22.93 and Inglis was the fastest in the mile at 4:23.86.

Joey Walko set personal bests in both the weight throw and the shot put. He was second in the shot at 13.90m and fourth in the weight throw at 15.07m.

Matt Lamb was the runner-up in the 60m while
Lucas Novack also made the final and took eighth. Both Jays also set new personal bests in the event.

Blake Haddon cleared 1.90m in the high jump to place third and
Waid Gainer cleared 1.85m to tie for fourth. Gainer was also seventh in the 60m hurdles.

Derek Kendig took fourth in the 5,000m and
Marty Ratchford was ninth.

Jimmy Undercuffler was sixth in the triple jump at 12.58m.
